  I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment for a week. Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or return my calls.

  Dr. Fricke is wonderful—knowledgeable and caring. However, I'm having trouble getting through on the phone. I’ve left messages, but no one has returned my calls. I need a refill for my prescription and, although I finally managed to speak to someone and she wasn’t friendly as it feels like I am bothering her. I still haven't received a callback. I've been calling everyday all day, but my calls go straight to voicemail. I’m about to give up. I hate to leave Dr. Fricke. I put one start because I am beyond frustrated and that I have to leave bad reviews. Please get rid of your bad employees.

  I’ve been going to Coastal Wellness for over 2 years for various treatment options and it has been life changing!! Laura is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and cares about her patients! Brittany goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need and also keeps me laughing. All of the staff members make me feel welcomed and not like I’m just a number. I highly recommend any of these providers that have been trained by Dr. Fricke!!

  I went to the wellness center, looking for answers, wanting to improve my health and quality of life. It's been 4 months, and the results are amazing. Just had my 49 th birthday, but haven't felt this good in years. I would recommend anyone to come in, get the information, make a decision when you have the facts. You will not regret it.
