  I called ahead to confirm the drug test cutoff time and was told they accept tests until 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:15. When I walked in, no one was at the front desk. I said “hello” twice just to get someone’s attention. I heard someone in the back say “we’ll be there shortly,” but no one came out for about 20 minutes. What concerned me most is that they didn’t even bother to look up or check who was calling out. For all they knew, a patient in the waiting area could have been having a medical emergency, passing out, or needing immediate help. The lack of awareness and urgency was alarming. When a staff member finally came to the front, I was told it was “too late” because it was after 3:30 — even though the delay was caused by them not assisting anyone at the front. One of the employees, who said her name was Jessy, was rude and told me that the customer service number I called “has nothing to do with them” and that they “aren’t related,” even though it’s the number publicly listed for this location. This staff is unprofessional rude , inconsiderate of people’s time, and shows no awareness of patient needs or safety. Completely unacceptable experience.

  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Snellville, Georgia on Friday, March 27. My technician was very polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this location to others.

  I walked in, signed in on the kiosk and waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called. The technician kindly verified my identity and escalated me to my test area. She was kind and professional. She sealed my test specimen, had me to verify the information then sent me on my way.

  Diunn was amazing! Her customer service went above and beyond. She was very kind, attentive, and made the whole experience wonderful. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she showed. Highly recommend!
