  The overall experience, the staff was great from the front desk to the back. They were quick, very informative. I love the whole experience I was in and out, and they took great care of me.

  This was my first time here and I was very impressed with the service that was given they followed all of the protocols for Dsypena and dizziness. The only thing I can suggest if you’re not busy is to acknowledge the patient as they are leaving.

  When a medical emergency arises, my choice is Piedmont Eastside emergency south campus for prompt evaluation and treatment. No longer will I make the Hospital emergency room my first choice. If my health issue is treatable at the Eastside emergency center, that’s where I’m going. The staff is professional, attentive and very thorough.

  The absolute worse experience I had here. Normally I never have a problem, however this visit was the worst. I waited for four hours for this to but me in this box room with no bed no nothing it was literally an entry way to a room they created but the actual room had someone in there and right outside the entry another patient was laying on the bed. So when the doctor came there was absolutely no privacy none at all. The guy laying outside the room could literally hear everything being said. He actually was in the room with us. That's how close he was. Talk about HIPPA compliant. The doctor well listen I told him my symptoms he felt my bad talking about a muscle problem and wanted to prescribe muscle relaxer. No I know my symptoms is more the a muscle issue he disregarded the other symptoms. I had to do my own research and actually going back to the ER today I can't get into my primary until Thursday but that's to long for what's going on with me.

  This place is very very awesome. The service is extraordinary. From Dr. Patel to the receptionist and nurse Christie, they are so so sweet and courtesy is outstanding. Mai God forbid i have to go to the hospital, but if I need to I will visit this place.
