She was very nice and gave me a breakdown about the price and different lense options I ended up finding the best value in the 1.67 lenses and I bought some really pretty Tory sunglasses and Prada eyeglasses.

Ciara was very knowledgeable about the products being offered and quickly introduced us to all promotions available. She checked our insurance before we started searching so we would stay in budget. She was evidently enjoying her work and this was indeed a great experience.

Tried to warranty my glasses without knowing I had a month left before it ended because my AI glasses were defective and they still didn’t do anything to help me. Lesson learned,Buy your frames as cheap as possible !!! I wouldn’t recommend this customer service / store to anyone. I even asked for a print out of my prescription and not even that they can do….. money down the drain.
