  I have had a consistently positive experience at Pure Barre Snellville. The instructors are excellent—knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to proper form while creating an encouraging and inclusive class atmosphere. Every class feels well-structured and thoughtfully led. The studio environment is welcoming, clean, and safe. Parking is convenient, and arriving for class is stress-free, which makes a meaningful difference in maintaining consistency and enjoyment. Management at this location is clearly engaged and customer-focused. They contribute to a supportive, professional atmosphere and lead by example by also teaching excellent classes. This level of involvement reinforces a strong sense of community and care for members. Because of the high-quality instructors, attentive management, and well-run studio, I would highly recommend Pure Barre Snellville.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The girl at the front desk was condescending and rude. I walk in. She tells me that it’s 2 minutes late .I understand five minutes before the time of the class .She corrected me on how to say barre very rudely I might add then she told me that I couldn’t take the class because of socks and she also told me that I had to do another class because I couldn’t go in my car to grab my wallet to get the socks.And to top it all off the socks were 16 dollars. I won’t get a membership and take my business elsewhere.

  Very poorly run facility. We were never told about a 30 day cancellation notice needed to cancel Upton inception of our relationship. All we was told was a 3 month commitment which we reluctantly agreed to. When we decided to cancel they told us about the 30 day cancellation policy and kept taking money out of the account even when we cancelled they still took money out for 2 months. Very unprofessional would not recommend and Findley do not do auto draft with them. Because if you cancel you will get the run around with them for weeks

  This place is awesome. Been attending classes now for almost 2 years. All the instructors are great and the entire staff really work to make you feel welcome from the time you first step in the door. They offer classes at a wide variety of times and there are 3 different types of classes to chose from along with lots of different intensives.
