- AMAmina MuhammadDec 12, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. The girl at the front desk was condescending and rude. I walk in. She tells me that it’s 2 minutes late .I understand five minutes before the time of the class .She corrected me on how to say barre very rudely I might add then she told me that I couldn’t take the class because of socks and she also told me that I had to do another class because I couldn’t go in my car to grab my wallet to get the socks.And to top it all off the socks were 16 dollars. I won’t get a membership and take my business elsewhere.
- SYStanley YeungSep 12, 20251.0Very poorly run facility. We were never told about a 30 day cancellation notice needed to cancel Upton inception of our relationship. All we was told was a 3 month commitment which we reluctantly agreed to. When we decided to cancel they told us about the 30 day cancellation policy and kept taking money out of the account even when we cancelled they still took money out for 2 months. Very unprofessional would not recommend and Findley do not do auto draft with them. Because if you cancel you will get the run around with them for weeks
