Was never notified that there are no actual eye doctors on site - everything is done remotely with techs moving the equipment and prompting you. I had a concern with my eye that couldn’t be checked remotely and they had no one on site that could look at it. I paid for a contact appointment and was told they needed to order trial lenses for me first before they could give me a contact prescription. I was told the trial lenses take 2-3 days to come in but “definitely by the end of the week”. It has been a month now and still no information on what is going on with the lenses. I have called multiple times, gone in person to ask, etc. Each time I am told it’s a question for the manager who is seemingly never there and to call/check back later. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get contacts because I was tired of waiting, essentially paying twice for another exam and lenses because ForEyes never fulfilled their end. STILL no word on my lenses. Save your money and go somewhere else.
