Faith figured out my insurance when I was accidentally telling them the incorrect insurance the whole time. She helped me understand what was covered and what the process was going to be like, and she checked us out all while never seeming frustrating or rushed. She was extremely helpful, as was the technician but I didn’t get her name. I would highly recommend them!

He also got the employees to make reviews if you would look and see all of the same name accounts from recently. Misinformed me so I would pay for the service, didn't tell me about what my insurance would cover more of until after I had already paid. When I told the manager I felt like he should have explained everything he didn't care, didn't even acknowledge he messed up, and tried to deflect by saying he told me the price. You should explain to people that insurance will cover more of your exam if they dilate your eyes somewhere else, but they are so money hungry, and he was so visibly upset that he was shaking. So insanely rude ! I understand that maybe I should have asked more questions, but the fact that he tried to shift the blame on me for paying is crazy work. Be an adult and acknowledge the fact that you knew you should have explained me something yet didn't until after.
