    My experience with the For Eyes Snellville location has been completely unacceptable and by far the worst I have ever had with any eye care provider. I have been a loyal For Eyes customer for years, yet nothing about this recent interaction reflects the level of service I expected or paid for. I waited two months for trial contact lenses that I was originally told would arrive within 10–14 days. During that time, I received zero proactive communication. Every update I received came only after I repeatedly called the store—calls that went unanswered, unreturned, or provided no meaningful information. Despite multiple requests, I never received a single call from the manager. Corporate was no better. Instead of resolving the issue, they directed me to submit yet another complaint form and promised a call within five business days. No one ever contacted me. It is clear that follow through is not a priority at any level of this organization. I eventually went to the Snellville location in person to speak with the manager. Isaiah, the manager, provided nothing but excuses, claiming he covers multiple stores and never received any messages. During our conversation, a staff member stepped out of the testing room and openly disclosed private patient information—including full names—right in front of him. This is a serious patient privacy violation, and it occurred in plain view of management. Isaiah also promised to investigate the delay and call me on Friday with an update. He never called. When I followed up the next week, he again made excuses and falsely claimed that “they” had already contacted me. I received no such call, no voicemail, and no communication whatsoever. I was eventually told that the lenses had shipped and were expected to arrive on February 12th—exactly two months after my exam. Even if delays occur, the total lack of communication is inexcusable. If the lenses were on backorder, that should have been disclosed immediately, not after eight weeks of silence and unanswered inquiries. A manager who refuses to take responsibility, shifts blame, and fails to follow through is not providing leadership. To customers, For Eyes is one company—not separate “doctor” and “store” sides. The responsibility to communicate and resolve issues lies with the store’s leadership, and that responsibility was ignored at every step. I finally picked up my trial lenses on February 13th. After wearing them for only a few days, the prescription in the left lens is clearly incorrect. Based on this experience, I have no confidence that the issue will be corrected. I will pay out of pocket to get another opinion, because I no longer trust this location to provide a prescription that actually works. It is extremely disappointing to have waited all this time only to receive both poor service and an ineffective prescription. This experience has been unprofessional, dismissive, and far below the standard any customer should ever expect. The lack of accountability and disregard for basic communication is unacceptable.

    Both people I interacted with were rude and didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. When I went to pick up my glasses, she handed them to me and said here you go and went in the back. I told her I had questions about my bill and she said the sales person should have explained it to me and just keep walking to the back. I will say, the doctor was helpful when I came back later to get my glasses adjusted.
