- STSamantha TwilleyMar 3, 20261.0This review has nothing to do with the Doctor. The front desk staff were not very friendly and made my kids feel rather uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is always a better way of dealing with customer or potential customers. If there are issues with the insurance or any other conflict there are better ways of handling the situations by not being so rude and impatient. I will not return or recommend this company to anyone. If this is the face of the company then maybe improve on this part so it doesn’t affect the business or the potential customer’s experience.
