I’ve seen the pharmacists here take the time and patience to help customers understand medications, how to take them, answer questions, offer discounts, etc. All the employees at this pharmacy are attentive and kind. They go above and beyond 100% of the time.

The communication on refill pickup dates is the reason for my rating. The transparency on in-stock items should be clear so that a patient can find alternative locations to prevent gaps in medication.

The pharmacist at this location, "Kim", is not very helpful to or for the patient being served. She is not a doctor and has defied the prescriptions that have been sent to her. When sending a 21 day supply of a medication, that was not in stock until 3 days after the prescription was sent, she gave me an 18 day supply. Was that an assumption that I would be seen again for another refill in 'X' number of days? Are pharmacists allowed to override a doctors order for a patient? Is a patient at the discretion of the pharmacist or the doctor? After seeing a prescribing physician and paying their outlandish fees for service, must I then have to find a pharmacist who is also allowed to have a say in what medications and what dosage is okay for the treatment of my condition? Between the two, and insurance, I would say that the entire system needs an overhaul. Asking a patient in front of other customers and her staff the specific conditions for a medication seems like it is not in compliance with HIPPA. A doctor is the professional allowed to diagnose and treat a patient for their conditions, not a pharmacists. 2 stars just for the others working in this pharmacy with her who have been helpful.
