I’ve been seeing a pain management doctor for years with very little relief. When my doctor suddenly relocated, I had to find someone new in a matter of days to take over my care, which is not typically an easy task. A family member recommended Dr. Bannon at Summit Spine, and I’m so glad they did! From the start, the team understood my concern and got me in quickly, so there was no gap in my treatment. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The entire staff is professional, personable, and efficient. After meeting with Dr. Bannon - who is truly exceptional - I finally feel hopeful after years of suffering. Dr Bannon is the epitome of what you want in a physician, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, he understood what the problems are and has created a clear plan that focuses on targeted procedures for long-term relief, rather than just relying on medications that temporarily mask the symptoms. Will update review after my surgical procedure, I’m so appreciative and ecstatic at the prospect of finally having relief, and an improved quality of life. Needless to say, I highly recommend Summit Spine, Dr Bannon and their entire staff. (Had an 11:30 appt today at Summit and a 12:45 at another Drs Office (who I had to warn I’d probably miss my appt, as my previous Drs wait times were at least 2+ hours), you can imagine my shock and elation that not only did I make it to my second appt on time, but I was EARLY! I absolutely loved that Summit Spine values our time (unlike the majority of other offices) and that they’re so incredibly efficient). Made my day! Thank you so much 💕

I had a procedure and I am allergic to latex, it’s on my chart, they used latex and I am still itching. I feel like they are not concerned about the fact that I have asthma and COPD. I’ve been on Benadryl and other prescriptions from my primary doctor and my breathing treatments since the procedure. A little bit overly upset with this office. They were quick to debit my account for payment! I would have thought twice about that! Dr Bannon is fantastic, but someone was not up to date with my file and the young tech would not listen to me. Do what he was doing and that was all. He told me that he was putting something on my back to sterilize it and it would be cold…it was very painful to the point that I was in tears before going under.

I entered the office with symptoms of low blood sugar, extreme pain because I was told that I was to have general anesthesia I didn't take pain meds . Then I was informed that there was miscommunication and I wouldn't get general anesthesia. At that point due to issues of my TBI my behavior became erratic. I hadnt eaten in 9 hours - I have reactive hypoglycemia where i must eat every 3 hours.Just like a diabetic who goes into insulin shock their behavior becomes erratic. I couldn't control my behavior due to my low blood sugar and excessive light and noise stimulation which effects how my brain handles the stimulation There wasn't a medically trained professional who looked at my medical issues to realize that I needed medical attention. My behavior continued to be erratic. I was escorted out of the office and informed that not the police would come. Also,I was discharged from the practice. Why didn't the doctor or a PA examine my medical records to see if I was medically in trouble. No one was competent to look beyond my behavior to see if I was sick By the time that I was escorted outside I felt my sugar levels dropping. Also, there was too much stimulation for my brain to act normal. When a similar situation occurred to me a medical person called for the ambulance to take me to the ER for the appropriate treatment. This day at the pain doctor's OR suite the medical staff and most of all the pain doctor were medically neglectful. They were only concerned about the doctors schedule to make sure he managed to do his procedures as scheduled . I was just a nuisance or a crazy old lady to them who was interrupting their environment.

Primary physisician was not present as he was in another city and there was nothing that was offered to me that hadn't already been covered by previous physicians.

I have had good experiences with everyone at Summit. I am thinking of having the peripheral implant and would be much like to talk to a woman who has had it done. I am still up in the air about doing it. Please respond if you are interested.
