  I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Quest location today. I arrived thinking my appointment was at 2:00 PM, but realized I was actually an hour early. Since they clearly advertise that they accept walk-ins, I politely asked if they could take me early. Instead, they proceeded to take multiple walk-ins ahead of me while I sat there waiting. When I asked if they could simply cancel my 2:00 PM appointment and process me as a walk-in so I could be seen sooner, I was told their system “couldn’t do that.” So somehow their system allows random walk-ins to be seen, but a patient who already has an appointment cannot be converted to a walk-in? That makes absolutely no sense and shows a complete lack of flexibility or basic customer service. The staff offered no solutions and seemed completely indifferent to the situation. For a healthcare service that many people rely on for timely lab work, the process felt disorganized and unnecessarily rigid. Very disappointing experience.

  Ms. Destiny was both welcoming and charismatic! I simply just love her energy and technique on taking my blood; I barely felt it. She made my unwanted visit pleasant and painless.

  I despise blood draws, and this was a great experience. This quest was a 59-minute drive for me, but the closest available. The staff were great, and I was in and out. I will be back to this location in the future.

  This place was amazing! Although I was late to my appointment and had to reschedule as a walk in I only waited about 30 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was very kind and tried her best to calm me down since I get really anxious about giving blood. She was super sweet and sincere. I wish I remembered her name.
