They helped me try different frames and gave me such great feedback on which pair would work best for me, my face shape, and my coloring. They made trying on glasses so fun and I would recommend anyone get to work with them to find the pair that’s best for them. It’s clear how much they love their jobs and they made something that’s normally a chore feel like a fun fashion show. Not only did I find a pair that works well with my face shape and coloring, I also left the store feeling confident as well. The eye exam itself was also professional and thorough. The doctor did a great job of keeping things lighthearted and communicating about each step of the process. As someone who has had eye exams all my life, sometimes you feel embarrassed about your vision or lack thereof. The doctor doing my exam made it feel like I was just chatting to a friend which helped ease any anxieties I had. Overall an amazing experience and I would recommend this store to anyone

Then the customer service rep on the phone had an attitude because I wanted a refund for a service they did not live up to. The first and last time I will buy here !
