I had an appointment but they take walk ins so they were not able to see me at my time, which affected the rest of my day and someone else that was needing me. Only one person was working the store both times I went. If you're going to make appointments, there should be one person for walk ins and a second person to make sure your customers that make appointments are seen on time. I spent a fortune there and expect better.
