They were currently working with other customers. I waited. I was asked to complete a form to register because the information I completed on the cruise I was on where I purchased two good feet products wasn’t showing. I ended up waiting over an hour! It would have been nice if the employee would have taken my phone number and said I will call you as soon as I’m available. Instead of waiting for me to bring that up. A realistic time frame would help immensely. I wanted to verify the products I purchased on the cruise were the correct size. I was informed the ones I purchased on the cruise were not available in the store but we could try some measurements and see if I had the right product. The size I had originally purchased was a little small. I asked if I could just trade them out since I bought these just over a week ago. The people on the cruise told me I could take these back to any Good Feet store and exchange or refund them. In the store I was told I could only receive a 50% credit. I don’t understand why I couldn’t return them to the store since I couldn’t get back on the cruise ship. Please use this message to improve an already good product and company. Thank you!
