    Compared to my last planet fitness which was in kingsland Georgia. This one was way better. So many machines and lots of room to breathe. No complaints.

    My husband and I are currently homeless, and we relied on Planet Fitness solely as a place to shower and maintain basic hygiene. The manager at this location was fully aware of our situation. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated subtle but clear racial bias from her, and when I respectfully called it out, she retaliated by making false claims against me—ultimately flipping the narrative and accusing me of inappropriate behavior. As a result, my membership was terminated and I was banned from all Planet Fitness locations. This decision took away the only place we have access to showers, severely impacting our well-being and dignity. What’s most upsetting is that this happened at a gym that claims to be a “judgment-free zone.” There was no fair investigation, and the manager’s misuse of authority—especially against someone in a vulnerable situation—was both discriminatory and cruel. I hope Planet Fitness takes this seriously and reviews how such situations are handled, especially when it affects basic human needs.
