- WMWendy MarshallJan 11, 20241.0Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My mom needed a wheelchair. We placed our order in August, it is now January, and still, no wheelchair! I call them every 1 - 2 weeks for an update. They rarely EVER answer their phone, especially if you call on a Friday. It says to leave a message and they will return your call. They never do. If you do get the rare opportunity to speak to someone, they say they will check on the status and call you right back and they never do. They finally told me my mom's chair arrived before Christmas but it was damaged. They said they were working on getting it repaired and I would get a call on Monday about the status. It is now Thursday, still no call. I called and was told they would have the new manager call me. No call. Unfortunately, there are very few options in this area to get a wheelchair through Medicare and they know it, so they get away with HORRIBLE service. If you can find another path, I STRONGLY advise you to take it. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY unless it's your only choice. And if so, be prepared to wait MONTHS to get your device. My poor 88 year old, handicapped mom has been waiting 6 months and still no wheelchair. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would, but at least 1 star is required.
