- MSMadison Sapp2 days ago1.0Scheduled my eye exam weeks in advance, only to be told at check-in at my actual appointment time that they were running an hour and a half behind. That’s incredibly frustrating and feels unprofessional, especially when people have to take time off work to be there. If appointments can’t be kept on schedule, they shouldn’t be booked so tightly back-to-back at the expense of patients’ time.
