- BBBusinessJan 7, 20261.0My elderly mother used to enjoy the pharmacy staff at this Kroger. Currently they have hired new staff for the pharmacy. They are rude and very disrespectful. They are not helpful and are quite unprofessional. I have since transferred my mother to CVS pharmacy. We were treated with kindness, compassion and respect. We are never going to use Kroger pharmacies again!
