It’s very difficult to talk to anyone on the phone. They often either hang up on you, put you on hold, or don’t answer.

I’m not usually the person to complain or even leave reviews. However, today warrants both! And if there were minus five stars that would certainly be the case. Here’s a little ignorance for you, Mr. Andrew Holloway RPH. I completely understand that you have procedures and protocols to follow with the administration of controlled substances. A physical id is required, as you so blatantly and disrespectfully were willing to overlook this one time. Thank you, even though I was willing and trying to offer a second option. Which admittedly was not the physical card, but you could still scan! Now, I’m not so sure if I intimidated you in stature, looks, or perhaps both? Or you were just having a very bad day? But sir, I am far from ignorant; as you not only insinuated but then proceeded to verbalize! How dare you make such an assumption to which you have no need, nor was it even warranted! I was willing to let the insinuation go until you decided to then verbalize in a low and condescending manner! All the while looking at your register screen. You didn’t even have the respect to look me in the face? Shame on you! Not only was I so offended and upset that a licensed professional who doesn’t even know me would make such an assumption? The fact that you couldn’t even look at me when you said it was what sent me over the edge. And then, to give me the store number when I specifically asked for your direct supervisor’s name and number? Sir, did you really think I was going to let it go? Hope it was worth it!

I came to pickup medicine for a relative. They asked a few questions and ok about it. Friendlyish professional staff.

The worst pharmacy in Savannah. They have lost all the good staff. Not one employee acts like they care about anyone. My family has used this pharmacy for over 15 years (original mall boulevard Kroger), service has continually fallen. I fill the same prescription every month. Every single month there is some kind of drama, they never have the prescriptions in stock, always have an excuse. If you think you are filling your prescriptions for convenience, I can assure you it will be anything but convenient. I would drive 30 minutes before I ever fill another prescription at this location.
