I have been filling prescriptions here for 30 years. Over the past few years the pharmacy staff has become combative. They are not trying to help me when customer service is called for. I have been trying for months to get my phone turned back on to the text updates. Both Melody and Shannon have told me that they can’t do it. I have to text certain coded messsges. I have been without this convenient tool for months. I went inside to the Kroger pharmacy yesterday. A girl named Brooke was there. With five key strokes she put the information in and I will now be getting text notices from the pharmacy to me. This is just purposely going against the customer for them to tell me over and over that I have to fix it. It is ridiculous when it took Brooke two minutes to take care of this. I hope folks from other stores come to work here more often. They are nice.

TL;DR. Probably the same rude woman mentioned in other reviews. She's pretty terrible and a good waste of time. You're better off having your doctor send your prescriptions elsewhere if able. I've only had minor issues with this pharmacy. Just annoying things such as getting a text that my prescription is ready but then I get there and they need another 30 minutes or something. I try to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt because I understand it's draining and thankless. However today, I called the pharmacy to get an update on my order and received, via the automated voice machine, the info that my prescription would take 2 hours. That seemed really unusual to me and I'm in a hurry because I'm supposed to be heading out of town shortly, so I decided to call to speak to the pharmacist on duty. The phone rang for 10 minutes straight before I gave up and hung up. I called back later on and waited another 3 minutes before getting an answer. A woman answered, someone I'm not familiar with and she immediately had a rude tone. I let it go, assuming she might just sound snappy because she's busy or because of the ringing phone. If it were me, I probably wouldn't be so happy either. She just told me they had the prescription and it wasn't ready yet. I asked her about how long she thought it would take to which she said she couldn't tell me that, and I asked why? She told me I'd receive a text. I asked her again if I could just get an estimate so I knew what to expect, and she told me she couldn't tell me because I would show up and be upset if it weren't filled yet. Mind, I've never had trouble getting an estimate. And I understand the need to keep expectations reasonable, but there are other ways to do and say this, such as giving an estimate but then telling me that if that estimate passes I should call if I haven't received a text confirmation. I was just wanting to know what to expect about time leaving for a road trip. I felt like she was extremely unreasonable. I will say every other time I had been here, I was helped by an Asian man who I found to be pleasant and patient when there was any sort of difficulty, however, there's no reason for me to continue coming to this pharmacy if I get any grief at that level. After reading the other reviews and seeing mention of a rude woman, I think I had my first run in with her and yeah, I'd say she's bad enough for one bad experience to make a person want to transition and I'll be doing just that.

I like shopping at this Kroger. It's a great store. However, the pharmacy needs help. They are very slow and not very friendly. I dropped off two prescriptions and they said it would take an hour! It wasn't very busy. I sat there waiting while my groceries melted in the car. I worked at a very busy 24 hour Kroger Pharmacy while in college. If we would have taken an hour to fill two prescriptions we would have been reprimanded or fired. Two prescriptions should take no longer than 30 minutes and that's if you're extremely busy. I'll be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Don't fill with this Kroger pharmacy ever. Please save your time and go elsewhere.
