I have been filling prescriptions here for 30 years. Over the past few years the pharmacy staff has become combative. They are not trying to help me when customer service is called for. I have been trying for months to get my phone turned back on to the text updates. Both Melody and Shannon have told me that they can’t do it. I have to text certain coded messsges. I have been without this convenient tool for months. I went inside to the Kroger pharmacy yesterday. A girl named Brooke was there. With five key strokes she put the information in and I will now be getting text notices from the pharmacy to me. This is just purposely going against the customer for them to tell me over and over that I have to fix it. It is ridiculous when it took Brooke two minutes to take care of this. I hope folks from other stores come to work here more often. They are nice.

Give been a customer for about 14 years. In going to take my business elsewhere due to the way the pharmacist treated me at about 1pm. She belittled and humiliated me in front of here employees and other customers. She told me I should get used to the fact that everything doesn't happen in 5 minutes for me! The other day I sat for 30mins after told it would be real soon...

I like shopping at this Kroger. It's a great store. However, the pharmacy needs help. They are very slow and not very friendly. I dropped off two prescriptions and they said it would take an hour! It wasn't very busy. I sat there waiting while my groceries melted in the car. I worked at a very busy 24 hour Kroger Pharmacy while in college. If we would have taken an hour to fill two prescriptions we would have been reprimanded or fired. Two prescriptions should take no longer than 30 minutes and that's if you're extremely busy. I'll be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I was definitely treated badly here. Moving from several states away, I needed my prescriptions transferred from my former Kroger pharmacy to this one. Despite acknowledging the medications in their system for my specific patient profile, the pharmacist insisted on calling my doctor to verify that Kroger’s own system records of my prescriptions was correct. They wouldn’t even fill a paper prescription my doctor had written until they called to verify the doctor had actually written it despite having years of monthly prescriptions for that same medication. Now, I’m without medications until the pharmacist “gets time to call the doctor.” If the pharmacist can’t find time tomorrow, I’m sure another pharmacy will be happy to fill my medications.
