- PFphilip francoJan 12, 20265.0I had my left knee replaced on Thursday 1/8/2026 and engaged the services of Home Instead Savannah to help me transition back home for recovery. I was fortunate to meet 3 absolutely wonderful people who were very patient and caring. They were also very easy to chat with and we shared stories of our lives and that interaction was really a nice experience. One of the health aids drove me to do grocery shopping, run misc errands, prepared meals, did exercises with me and really anything else I needed to make my physical limitations bearable. If you or a loved one needs this type of person to assist, then I would highly recommend Home Instead Savannah

Received a phone call well in advance if there were any anticipated problems and HomeInstead always resolved it. Caregivers were always on time and very attentive to all of my mother's needs and whims. HomeInstead developed a strong care plan to address the many challenges of Covid-19 - with regular daily temps taken, masks and gloves..as well as hand sanitizer use.as needed. Very much appreciated the extra effort to provide the same caregivers, as much as possible - which helped my dementia-ridden mother feel more comfortable. Their staff seem to always go the extra mile - with honesty, sensitivity, and grace and I will be calling on them again ! - Lulu-Noel
