  My husband came to this location as a transitional patient while traveling on 9/24/2024 and as we have coordinated dialysis treatment across many of the Fresenius care centers, this was by far, the absolute worst experience ever. Patient comfort was not addressed in so much as the lack of administering pain-relieving anesthetic for needle stick. Never has he not been given pain meds before a needle stick - everyone knows how painful this process is. As to disregard of proper medical attention - as with most patients with end-stage renal failure, he typically experiences fluctuating blood pressure. During his dialysis treatment, his BP rose to 226/116 - he requested blood pressure medication and was denied. He was told he could go to the ER after the end of his treatment. NEVER and, I repeat, NEVER, has a medical professional refused to administer blood pressure medication at his home center or a traveling center. His complete file was provided to this center from his home center so there was no acceptable excuse as to why he should not have been given necessary blood pressure medication. This experience has left us very uneasy and feeling as though he would be unable to travel in the future for fear of experiencing a similar situation elsewhere with Fresenius centers.

  I first got to this clinic in July of 2021. Prior to arrival I was at the victory location, which was an utter disaster. After nearly dying from pd dialysis from physique complications, that no one took my complaints seriously at first, I ended up at this location. When I first started this was this best clinic on the planet. Under Paisley's leadership this clinic had it going on, their bedside manner was great and you felt valuable as a patient. After some time, Paisley went out on maternity leave and a few employees stop working there, everything went to hell. I would come to treatments only to turn around and go back home because they were so under equipped for the patients that they didn't answer the door some mornings. It was nothing to be sitting in your chair over 20 minutes before a nurse would hook you up to the machine. My longest wait after being in the chair was 22 minutes. If you decide to go to this clinic only deal with Amanda, Ashley and Erica. These ladies were hands down the best! Outside of these women treatment isn't bad just sloppy and not consistent. Social worker and administrative staff are pretty good. Final heads up, stay on them about any information given because after leaving this location I was under the impression that all of my files were transferred but not so. I have button holes and it was not conveyed to the new clinic so they stuck me outside the button holes. Gee thanks Fersenius South.

  Good new nice clean clinic, but the staff of very unprofessional Latoya and Yasmine(pct and a nurse) talk on the their on the treatment floor Latoya also talks on the phone while canulating patients doesn’t wear her PPE while canulating or taking a patient down Latoya also brings her child to work and did her hair at the nurses station while patient were receiving treatment, good clinic but the staff is very unprofessional.
