While making the appointment I asked “ how much for the exam”? He says “ what do you mean” I stated “what can I expect to pay for my eye exam. Once again he says “what do you mean “ Now I’m irritated and I ask him “what do you mean what do I mean? Why are you confused’ Then he proceeds to give me the details. I didn’t keep the appointment but called a week later. Once again Benjamin is dry! I state I’m wanting to see if you have availability for an eye exam this morning. Clearly “what do you mean “ is how he responds to everything. I don’t have time for this weird guy. I can’t believe they allow him to be the individual giving 1st impressions of this business.
