  It is incredibly moving when you finally find relief after a long road of physical struggle. That moment of clarity—where the pain stops and the emotion just takes over—is something a lot of people can relate to, but few find. Today Jade at Stretchlab made that possible for me. After trying unsuccessfully with so many treatments, Jade and Stretchlab got it right. Thank you Jade and thank you Stretchlab!

  I wanted to share my experience with StretchLab Sandy Springs so others are aware. I purchased a prepaid package for stretch sessions and unfortunately experienced ongoing issues with how my account was handled. I was given incorrect information multiple times about how many sessions I had remaining and had to repeatedly follow up to get this corrected. Eventually, the staff acknowledged the mistake. In addition, I was charged $49 for a session that should have already been covered under my prepaid package. This charge was later admitted as an error and refunded. Due to these repeated issues, I lost confidence in how my account and billing were being managed. I canceled my final appointment in advance and requested a refund for my remaining unused session, but that request was denied. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected after purchasing a prepaid service. I hope the business improves its billing accuracy and communication so other customers do not have the same experience.
