- EHElaine HapperApr 2, 20263.0The front office personnel were efficient and helpful. The young lady, Jamie, who dilated my eyes and took images of my retinas was also efficient and very informative. I was then returned to the main waiting room to “wait for an available room”. I sat in the waiting room for well over 2 hours and 15 minutes. I even approached the front desk to confirm that they hadn’t forgotten me. About 15 more minutes passed before I was done called back to a room. After several minutes Dr. Faux came in, looked at my retinas and told me to come back in one year for a recheck. There was no explanation as to why I had to wait so long or an apology. At the very least an explanation as to why I had to wait so long for a 6 minute exam from the doctor would have been appreciated. You can do better.
