- MCMec Mec CSep 3, 20251.0I had medication called in and they automatically set it for the next day as if I didn’t need it today. The way I found out about that is when I drove way from my house to pick it up! Not only that it was then that he told me they didn’t have a medication in stock and it won’t be until 4 days after that they would get it in. I use to work in a pharmacy and it seems to me somebody is not doing inventory counts! WAIT IT DOESN’T STOP THERE!!! A previous time I came in and asked the pharmacist what can I take for pain for a possible ulcer and he told me ibuprofen!!!!!! There’s no way when ibuprofen causes ulcers!!!!!!!!!!

- LLLouise LancasterSep 15, 20211.0Doctor told me prescription called in at 3:00 pm. I went there at 6: 15. After waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone I was told they still had not received the prescription. I went back at 8:45. The gate was open at 9:00 a.m. but they did not start customer service. Rep walked slow doing a few things and then got the register working. Now if you going into a bank the doors open at 8: 00 and customer service starts immediately. you don't wait for them to get things ready. To my complaint he said to me, "we open at 9:00 a.m." I lost days worth of recuperation, thus it did not save me any money going to Kroger.
