  I have went to intro class and I was very honest that Im trying different studios to see what fits most for me. On my way out I was held at the door for 30mins by them trying to convince me I have to sign up for another class or package deal and pay them for it. No matter how many times I tried to tell them politely that once I make my choice I will call, schedule online or come back to the studio. I understand that sales is their job, yet that overly forceful energy was definitely a big red flag. Ever since then I have been harassed by them calling me at least twice a day every day and even if I dont answer they just wont stop, wont take a hint. I wish someone warned me that them getting my phone number will lead to this. Not only I blocked them, I will never even consider stepping my foot into establishment again. Its beyond being ignorant, at this point its simply disrespectful. Oh and let me mention that before my class I tried to call them multiple times and nobody would answer. Probably was too busy harassing someone else..

  I have been a member of Club Pilates Sandy Springs for 3 years where I have built up a community and referred many friends. I am so disappointed in the fact I have to even share this about a studio I have come to truly enjoy and proudly recommend. It is unacceptable and incredibly disruptive that this morning, November 26th, I woke up hours before having to go into work and drive to my 6:30am Pilates class only to find myself, many other members, the front desk staff and class instructor locked out of the studio. I’m disappointed to share that this was not the first time I’ve gotten up and commuted to just stand outside due to issues unlocking the studio. This completely throws off members’ schedules and is also extremely difficult to reschedule (through no fault of my own) when it’s month end with limited credit opportunities left due to the holidays. This repeat offense falls below the standard Club Pilates has set forth and expectations it has of its members to be punctual. Instances like this should not happen, especially not more than once. I am now weary of taking the morning classes with instructors I enjoy most, because of the lack of consistency from other staff members to ensure we are able to gain entry for classes that start prior to the standard business day. I’m now second guessing the capability of this studio to put on the classes I pay and take time out of my day for in the manner that they committed to in our contracts. I am grateful for the Instructor and Front Desk staff that handled the inconvenience this morning with grace and kindness. However, I’m sad to say that if this continues I’ll be forced to find a new studio that better values their members’ time and money.
