  I had an incredible experience with Dr. Joan James. She is a remarkable human being who took the time to explain everything thoroughly; I never once felt rushed. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. If every doctor practiced with her level of care and empathy, the world would definitely be a better place. The office staff was also very efficient, and my wait time was minimal. The only small downside was that the bathroom wasn't very clean, but the medical care itself was so exceptional that I still highly recommend this practice. Overall, an amazing experience with Dr. James and her team!

  Scheduled my first appointment within 4 days. Appointment was prompt and had great interactions with staff and doctor. Gina Looney was attentive to my issues & not in a hurry. She listened to and addressed each of my concerns. She really showed concern for my health & made recommendations for steps to help me improve my quality of life.

  I have been going to royston medlink for years now. Jennifer Meeks is the best. She takes time to listen so she can give you the appropriate care. I never have to wait long periods of time in waiting room.
