  I pride in my Doctor(s), especially when they take good care of me and they show concerned about what is going on with my body making sure that they can take care of the issue at hand. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, the doctor, nor my appointments when I need to cancel or schedule, they are always there and readily available.

  Great doctors, great office staff! When i lost my job, and knew i was losing my insurance, the doctors bent over backwards to make sure I would be in a good spot until i land a new job and insurance kicks in. I fully expected to sit at that table alone to figure out my situation but the doctors said no, im going to sit at this table with you and we will figure it out together. My only negative feedback is for the office staff. Ive been called multiple times to reschedule my procedures. I would prefer to be asked, instead of told i have to reschedule. It makes me feel unimportant, or that my pain and schedule are not important when it actually is. I don't mind rescheduling sometimes if I can make it work. Another point of feedback would be when i need to get a message to the doctors, I can tell by the response from the doctor that the person relaying my messages did not understand the assignment.
