  My wife and I were both under the weather and needed to feel better. We did not want to go to a waiting room and be subjected to people that may have more germs or different germs than we did, so we tried this drive through process. It was everything we were looking for and more. Everyone that saw us while sitting in our car being processed and evaluated was top notch and so friendly. We felt like everyone knew us and as we were VIP's. I would not hesitate at all to use them again because we were looked at while sitting in our car, felt like the staff was knowledgeable, competent and friendly.

  One just cannot beat the efficiency, care and competency of SmartMED. If you haven’t been - you are missing out! For kids or adults, this is the only place to go.

  Awesome experience with Stacy and the entire team at SmartMED. Super fast and friendly and the visit couldn't have gone any better. Less than 30 minutes to see the provider, talk through my care plan and take the first dose of medication they prescribed and called into the pharmacy for me.

  I would give them 10 stars if I could! This place is a MUST for moms (especially moms of multiple littles). I don't have to get the kids out of the car, juggle them in a waiting room full of germs, and then still have to wait for an undetermined amount of time in the back. Smartmed is so much better! The kids are content in their carseats with a snack, the line always goes super fast, and they have been able to successfully diagnose us three times now! I love that I don't have to worry about picking up anything new while taking them. The providers we have seen have been knowledgeable and super great with my toddlers. They also have a bathroom that you can pop in to leave a sample or potty break for your child. They even sent a thank you letter with stickers after. They bill as a PCP but have all of the accessibility of an urgent care. And TRANSPARENT PRICING! I mean it really doesn't get better than this. I hope to use them for the rest of my life honestly. I don't see why I would ever stop coming here. Not usually a review writer, but in case this might help another mom drowning in doctor visits with sick kids, make the switch! It makes what would be an incredibly stressful, have to pep talk myself in the car before I unbuckle the kids kind of day, into an easy breezy in-and-out with Chickfila treat after to celebrate their "bravery" at the doctors. Antibiotics are usually ready at the pharmacy to pick up on my way home, I mean what else can you ask for.
