  Seen at the end of February, got my new script and ordered from Zenni. Upon receiving the eye glasses (I could not see) She had inverted the R and Left eye, and increased the strength of the biofocal from +175 to +250, Upon going back to the store the the doc in the office stated the exam was "subjective" and printed out my last years script INSTEAD OF RECHECKING MY EYES. THIS IS THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW THAT I HAVE HAD ISSUES. WILL NOT USE EVER AGAIN

  Would not recommend. Sadly, after being a patient for over 20 years, I will no longer be going to this provider. Promises made for my lens replacement were not upheld, nor would they give me a refund for misinformation provided by their employees (three to be exact). After going to another provider, it was determined that I was over prescribed - never good in eye care. To be sure, I went to a third provider who said the same thing. Patient care is no longer a priority for this provider, owner and employees.

  I’ve been to this location and many times over the years, but Netee made this experience unforgettable! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also made me feel confident in new frames and kept me from spending on any unnecessary add-on fees. 10/10 customer service experience.

  Netae was the best, she took very good care of me . I would recommend her to anyone that needs help. She went above and beyond. She needs a raise ASAP!!!!

  I have been going to this location since 1980 and it has been sold to different Drs. I will never go back. I paid for an eye exam and ordered eyeglasses and was told they would arrive in a week to 10 days. A month later and several calls with their excuses and I still did not have glasses I needed for a cataract consult. Then I was running low on contacts and they informed me that I only got an Rx for glasses not contacts and wanted to charge me for another eye exam to verify my contact prescription. No wonder this store is usually empty...
