What is truly amazing is the variety of classes they offer. I love the sculpt and flow class for a good calorie burn and the slow flow to work on my poses. After a few weeks, I have found that I am already more flexible and feel stronger!

Restore and Yoga101 are my favorite classes. They do have more vigorous classes and also in between. The staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Hot yoga classes are also great! Highly recommend!

Love the feel of the yoga room with the cool lighting and just enough heat to make me get deeper into my poses. I’m really enjoying it. I hope soon they’ll have a class earlier than 5:30 to accommodate my odd work hours!
