We have now used SmartMed twice and the service is phenomenal. The first time we went was for my daughter who was dealing with bronchitis and an ear infection. She was so sick, so it was nice to keep her in the car while she was seen. The second time was for my son when I was worried he had a sinus infection and we also were short on time. Both times we got in and out in a little over 15 minutes. I can’t say enough about the staff, the doctors, and how easy and convenient it is. Thank you all for being so kind and efficient when it matters most.

Thankfully, I was able to get a virtual appointment on the morning of New Year’s Eve. I haven’t been so sick in years, but fortunately, Dr. Lathrop prescribed an antibiotic to help protect me from any further infection. SmartMED is wonderful, and I highly recommend it as the staff is caring, efficient and knowledgeable.

Two days before Christmas, my teenage daughter began to experience worsening flu-like symptoms, and I decided it would be best to have her evaluated. SmartMED had us in and out in less than 20 minutes during a very busy time. Within an hour, we had a call back from the doctor letting us know that she had tested positive for flu A. He called in a prescription for Tamiflu, and by Christmas Day she was feeling much better. Excellent, compassionate, convenient care, without even getting out of the car - we will use SmartMED every time from now on.

We’ve used SmartMed at least 10 times across our family of 5. Every experience has been top notch. They are fast, friendly, and understanding. I love the drive-up concept, and I don’t ever feel the faster service means less thorough care.
Added bonus - the cost. We have a high-deductible insurance plan and usually pay double or more at other urgent cares what SmartMed charges. I recently had to use telehealth through my insurance because we were traveling and even that was $50 more than SmartMed.

Although most medical services can be performed while in the car, there are times that you will need to come into the exam room. We have a fully equipped exam room, steps from your parking spot. We'll simply ask you to pull into a parking spot and we will walk you inside.
