What a unique model of healthcare. I was very impressed by the speed and quality of care. From the time I drove up to having seen the nurse practitioner Stephanie and was driving away with a prescription it was a total of 10 minutes. Often when I have had medical appointments with other providers in the past, it can take 30-45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time for me to see the medical professional which can be frustrating. It was a dramatically different experience in a good way at SmartMed.
Stephanie listened to my symptoms and examined me with care and attention to detail. All of this happened while I was still sitting in my car. Of course they can bring you inside if needed but this even helps with limiting exposure to other sick patients rather than sitting in a waiting room with others sharing germs.
On top of all of this, I was surprised to receive a hand written get well card in the mail from them a couple days later. When is the last time you got that kind of service and care from a medical provider?

There is a reason why this place has almost 400 reviews and a 5 star rating. The care and service they offer is exceptional. The entire staff is thoughtful and responsive. I feel like they genuinely care about my family and our wellbeing and not just like I'm being pushed through the process. But also, I never feel like my time is wasted because they are efficient. Being able to drive through with a sick kid is amazing. I feel so lucky to have this business so close to us in East Roswell.
