Love the doctors at this location but when ordering pair of basic no frill glasses recently(December 1st) have had very challenging experience with customer service. I called to check on where glasses are, was supposed to be in within couple weeks. Have called now and talked to 3 different people to check on status (one said they remembered me being there) but NONE of them have reported back on where/when glasses are, all 3 said they need to ask someone and never call me back. Super frustratin!. I don’t get it. I understand 1 person forgetting to call me but 3 different people over 2 weeks! Last call, I said if u can’t find them just refund me and send me the script to get somewhere else. I don’t see a refund and I don’t see a script. So disappointed.

They completely screwed up my prescription, and I told Dr. Chopra that going almost a full step below my original prescription does not seem right…..I bought new lenses, it came in 3 weeks later, and now I’m stuck with a garbage prescription that they screwed up after telling the entire staff that this isn’t accurate. For context, I went to THOMAS EYE GROUP off Alpharetta Highway last week, and they fit me to my original prescription. This place is also pushy to schedule follow up appointments despite not needing one. Run for the hills if you’re looking to schedule an appointment with this place. I recommend THOMAS EYE GROUP.

Not only were they incredibly patient with my daughters’ contact fitting (twice), they worked with me to get the best deal. … thank you, Yolanda, with a little bit of legwork and some magical price matching and application of health insurance benefits - I was able to get a years’ supply of monthly contacts from a retail price of $400 to less than $150 out of pocket.
