EVEN since writing this review they filled a prescription for me and APPLIED THE DISCOUNT CARD instead of my insurance. WHAT gives?
Haven’t used this pharmacy much but experiences have not been great - at all.
No review of current prescriptions to ensure that a new prescription they were filling wouldn’t cause major interaction problems. I had to ask myself. This could have had MAJOR medical repercussions for me. This earned the 1 star on its own.
I asked to speak to the pharmacist and had to ask her the specific question about the specific medical event that I’d only heard about from medical mysteries. And yes, she agreed this was a high risk for me.
Prescriptions that were filled at another Kroger by mistake that I came to collect - no one from this pharmacy told me they could call to transfer it from the others - just told me to go collect it from the other locations. Plural
I had to tell someone 4/5 times in the same interaction that my insurance had changed from what was on the computer/in the system for me.
They have also filled prescriptions for me which they applied a discount card to Instead of using my insurance - which was in the system and which was in my profile!
I am severely unimpressed with this location - which I only started using after moving house less than 6 months ago.

This location is amazing. The entire staff are pleasant and thorough. I see some bad reviews...most who don't realize that these people have toy take time to get the best possible price (insurance vs Good RX,.etc) for us, have to comply with HIPPA rules, are filling prescriptions and dispensing (have to concentrate on details), deal.with suppliers, offer consultation, be accurate and, deal with the public, (most of whom are thinking only of themselves because they are hurting). I would rather wait a little longer and know I will get the same personal attention as the person ahead of me. And I do! Kudos to the Crossville Kroger Pharmacy staff! Thanks for your patience! Thanks for giving it your best effort!

Everytime Ive come to pick up my script, I wait at the counter for 5-10+ minutes before my existence is acknowledged. Today was the shortest wait, just under 10. But it was the third straw that broke the camels back. Once it was over 20 minutes, not fun. Watched the youngest redhead female eat a bag of doritos today, without gloves and while counting and filling pill bottles. The middle aged man and blonde female were having a personal conversation the entire time. Didnt acknowledge me until 3 people in line.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! They never had my synced medicines done. The pharmacy manager - Ushma??_ is crazy. She just randomly would cancel my refills out because she doesn't like me. This caused me to not have medicines that I needed on time and effecting my health. They kept me at the drive-thru for 15 minutes while they filled a prescription, instead of having them pull back around or have them come in. The drive thru is supposed to be for expedited service. The employees all seem to be miserable working there. Run from there very fast. I would give them 0 stars if this would allow me.

Prescription has been dropped or put on hold 5 days in a row. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst pharmacy around.
