My progress has improved significantly since I started working with her. The enthusiasm is contagious as is her knowledge and understanding each student needs and personality helping each one in the class to use the right form and posture. I’m delighted at my progress and owe it to her patience with me thru all my classes with her. Yi is my rock!

I experienced (for the first time ever) extreme dizziness as I transitioned between laying down and up right positions. Susan checked on me repeatedly, and when the dizziness continued, Susan and the receptionist gave me a water bottle of cool water to sip on. With the temperature at 97 degrees outside, I must not have been properly hydrated before class. Susan double-checked that I was ok to drive home and refused the return of the water bottle. I can't overstate how kind, professional, and responsible the team was today.
