  I have been doing pilates for 2+years - this is one of the better CP studios with 100% top instructors. Kasey, Lena, Neda, and Ally always bring a progressive, well-rounded and challenging class. Love that I’m always still learning from them with every class

  I started pilates almost a year ago. In that time I have grown so much stronger, more flexible and more toned. I struggle with various issues (neck and shoulders) but even with those challenges, pilates has been so good for me. I love the instructors, staff and the diversity of classes. Maria, one of my favs (who does the later afternoon classes in Roswell), is not only knowledgeable, but she gets to know those in her class with sincerity and enthusiasm. Then, she uses her magic to help us achieve our highest and best. She gives an amazing workout while making any modifications for the needs of each member. Her delivery is beautiful and you always feel uplifted and motivated! I feel so grateful to be a part of this "club...Pilates". It has been such a blessing for me. I highly recommend it no matter your age or fitness level - you will be amazed how your body changes (and how great it is for the mind and soul, too).

  Great classes IF you can get in! The morning classes are nearly impossible, unless you want to go at 6am. And the “unlimited “ membership really means 15 classes. It’s unfortunate that it’s such a headache to book classes because they really are enjoyable. My advice is to get a limited membership or go elsewhere where you can actually get into a class.
