Extremely warm and personable Dr Titus immediately establishes TRUST by treating her patients RESPECTFULLY and patiently hears them out. After a long time I felt this way seeing an Audiologist and immediately developed the Trust & Confidence in her. 2. Dr. Titus listened to my issues with the aids and then took the time to explain what was at stake and what I needed. Even though I had not purchased the Hearing Aids from her, she did not turn me away and instead made some calls to the manufacturer to find a resolution. I think PROBLEM SOLVING is her forte and I could have never seen a better example then what Dr. Titus did. A few days of wait until the manufacturer had done what they are meant to do and my issue was resolved. 3. I visited her again to get tested and pick up my reprogrammed aids without a glitch Having spent almost 28 years in the HealthCare business in a senior Management position with the largest HealthCare company in the world I can easily say that if anyone is looking for true PATIENT-CARE - Dr. Titus provides that plus some!
