  Walked right in and they sat me right down. Didn't have to wait at all and no trouble pulling up my order. Thinking they should have lids for the PP cups though.

  Dawn at Quest Diagnostics, in Rome, is THE BEST. Period. She's able to get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Never has she missed a vein or had to dig to find one. Very professional, but also very caring and makes you feel at home! I've never really cared to get to know the person pricking my arm or taking my blood, but Dawn is a true exception.

  This location has always been wonderful every time I go in for lab work! Dawn in particular does an extraordinary job! Personally, I am terrified of needles and getting my blood drawn, BUT Dawn makes me feel comfortable and at ease every time! 10/10 Stars!!!!
