I will say the front staff was extremely nice and helpful and Dr Brinker was thorough and explained things to me being new to chiropractic care, much appreciated. My poor experience was with Dr. Thompson. She was cold, quick, and methodical in my appointments, barely taking the time to say hello. I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment this week due to an unforeseen work conflict. I called early morning as soon as I found out, I was aware of the cancellation policy but had expected some leniency or alternative appointment option for the first instance especially considering the fair amount of notice. Guess this Midwest girl is naive to the ways of the south… I’m pretty sure it was Dr Thompson that answered and there was no offer to look for an alternative time that would work, just a snippy reminder of the policy and a goodbye. And then to see a $55 charge on my card when my normal appointment is $50. Lesson learned I guess, moving on to another local chiropractor who will actually accept my insurance.

She explained to me that I would be sore after the initial visit and to make sure I drank plenty of water. She has also shown me different stretching techniques. I have stuck with the care plan she put in place and I feel so much better. I would gladly recommend Dr. Amy to anyone. She and her staff and personable and professional.
