  Went in today to have a problem with a tooth fixed. Was greeted by Miss Donna and she gave me instructions about filling out paperwork. Afterwards Miss Jutta took me back to the dental room and explained everything to me, took my blood pressure, took an xray, and took me to another room for another xray. Then Dr Lee came in and explained the procedure after seeing the xray results, and proceeded with deadening the area that would be worked on. After about 30min. he came back in and got started. The whole procedure only took about 20or so minutes and Jutta escorted me to where Miss Stacie was so that I could pay the bill. A very nice office, everyone there very cordial and professional and most of all my problem was fixed when I left. Would highly recommend them!!

  I came in for an emergency root canal. Everyone was so kind. The doctor is personable, and knew exactly what the issue was and how to effectively take care of it. The checkin & out coordinators (Becky and Stacie) answered all my questions and assured me with the whole billing and aftercare processes. My dental assistant, Lay, was so sweet and assisted me the whole time, from making sure she had all of my pre-visit information, to making sure I was completely comfortable throughout whole appointment. Even though I don’t want to go back due to tooth problems, I will gladly go back to them, as they kept my discomfort to a minimum and effectively treated my tooth. I highly recommend this office.

  I always had anxiety when it comes to anything dental. This was the first time in my 28 years of living I had a great experience of the dentist. Becky at the front desk was warm and very helpful when it came to notifying and updating my husband. Kesey was the absolute sweetest and she prepared me mentally for everything that will happen. Stacie helped my husband and I with all our questions and concerns. Don’t even hesitate they’re the absolute best.

  Dr. Ferreira was absolutely thorough. He let me know step by step what we were doing, he was very friendly and kind. I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a long time, things have changed but my fears remained the same. I was so taken care of I think about going to the dentist as a breeze! The dental assistant Lay was so nice from the moment we came in to the moment we left. Everyone was very nice and conversational. I’m a quiet girl when i’m nervous and a bit stand offish and it was just so nice. Stacie who checked me out seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. My two interactions with her were bleak compared to everyone else but it did not deter me from coming back but wanted to mention because it just didn’t match the kindness and like-ability from everyone else.

  First, I’m going to coastal endodontics, and it was the best experience i’ve ever had getting a root canal. Mrs. Becky told me exactly what I needed to do when filling out my paperwork. Mrs. Kesey Was a super awesome dental assistant And Mrs. Stacie give me clear instructions on my next steps after my operation. Wonderful staff I highly recommend you go to them for all your root canals.
