They initially said Friday they were out of what I needed but after a couple minutes she said actully I do have some to fill it with and just give me till around 11:00 am ill have it ready. I unfortunately could not come and get it that day as I was preparing for a surgery on monday. So I arrived Sunday (21st) this morning to get it, and was greeted by a woman with a flat and lifeless expression who wouldn't even let me explain, said they were out and wouldn't have any till monday, as I was about to explain the discussion I had with the person on the phone she interrupted and said she had been there that day and she would have never told me that. She was very rude. Realizing she wasn't gonna listen I just threw my hands up and walked away. This is not the first time I have had issues with this particular kroger and pharmacy. Next week I will have all my prescriptions transfered elsewhere and we wont bother using them again. They do have some very good staff at this location but unfortunately most of my encounters this past year have been largely negative and I need to find somewhere new to shop.

Of course not. So now I am going to have to go another week without my medications because of your screw up, but hey, your sorry.
