Guess what Trish, you don't get to be rude to others and not get your dose of medicine returned. Kroger's pharmacy and store sucks since the old staff left. And you are the trouble left behind!!!! The staff always go above and beyond to make sure that you are not just taken care of as a customer, but as an individual, as well and that goes a long way.
