I got my glasses from glasses.com and they help me repair it. I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I originally purchased my glasses from glasses.com, but the nose pads needed repair. Even though I didn’t buy the glasses directly from them, the staff were very helpful and quickly fixed the nose pads for me. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly. Really appreciate their willingness to help and the quality of the repair.

Everytime I go here customer service is outstanding. Doctor is amazing and makes you feel super comfortable. Not only did my glasses come in record time and I mean in 4 days, Tonight was exceptionally excellent. I raced over after the gym because Google said they closed at 8 to pick up my glasses and they were closed at 7:30. Chris saw me at the door and told me they were closed but he remembered me and let me in to fit my new glasses and get them since I was there already! So thankful for him and his location! They recently changed their closing times so FYI Google is incorrect they close at 7 not &

Looks like they hire teenage girls to run the eye exam lobby area. The one with pink hair strips has a particularly unpleasant attitude which happens to align with what our eyes, which in this case do not need to be tested for, certainly perceive as well.

I once use to go to other optical stores and never I mean never got the correct lens placed in my frames. I would complain and they would take them back to make corrections, but the results got worst. Eventually I stuck with bad eyewear because they gave me every excuse in the book that it wasn't their fault. UNTIL I went to Lens Crafters and met DR. YU this man is a perfection at his craft. not only did he get it right the first time but every time for the next 4 years. I look thru my glasses and it's as if I have new eyes. This is at the Peachtree Corners Lens Crafters, but I have a strong suspicion this is just what they do at Lens Crafters.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
