I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters! The entire team was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. My eye exam was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly. The staff helped me choose the perfect frames and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process.
My glasses were ready quickly, and the quality is excellent — I can see so much better now! The customer service here is truly top-notch. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing glasses, contacts, or an eye exam.
Thank you, LensCrafters, for such a smooth and enjoyable experience! 👓✨

Amazing service! Greeted immediately, had a very thorough exam, had help picking out frames and with selecting the lenses that would suit me the best. I was able to see a lens simulator where they showed me exactly what I would be getting. Luxury frames at an affordable cost matched with top tier customer service. I will be back and recommend not only the doctor but the staff as well! 10/10!

waited for Veterans Day for my review.. My son just returned from bootcamp ( Marines ) His personal glasses took a beating and wanted to replace them. I of course suggested LenCrafters as that is where I get my glasses. The location in the Forum needs to seriously train their front room associates. My son came in with a prescription from Parris Island ( United States Military base ) This was somehow not good enough because the doctors name and contact information was not listed. He was directed to leave and return with phone numbers and name of the doctor that did his eye exam while in bootcamp. He handled it better than I would have. Good for him.
We walked across the street to Warby Parker and was instantly greeted with WOW..Parris Island!! welcome home sir. In and out and glasses were mailed to our home within a week.
Its possible the associate not being American born did not understand the prescription he is looking at is military ( and no way does a recruit get doctors names and phone numbers) but that is not acceptable in my eyes. We wont be back.

Beware!! Worst eye exam of my life. I told the doctor during the exam everything was blurry but he didn’t seem to care. The prescription did work and was told he won’t fix it on the weekend which means I would have to take a day off from work. Waste of money. Will never go back.

I had my annual eye exam with Dr John Yu and as always, he demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, expertise, communication and treatment! He is unequivocally the best optometrist! Next, I had excellent service as well with the optician, Sharadkumar, who patiently helped me select the proper frames and lenses. Overall positive experience
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
