Woke up early feeling unwell. Schedule an 8:45 am appointment thinking that I would be seen on time because the clinic opens at 8:30 am. 51 minutes after my scheduled appointment they are taking a patient in front of me. The Braelinn location needs better management!

Will go anywhere but there. Time of closing say 7:30. I was in the clinic at 7. Whatever so ever called 2 employees outside the clinic refused to see as they are closing soon. Why the hell time is 7:30 if you won’t see patient at 7 especially there was no one. We were dedicated patient to that clinic but not any more. Healthcare is not about public health anymore.

I made an appointment, my scheduled time was 6:40. I called after scheduling to make sure I made the appointment to get the rapid test and to make sure that I did it correctly. I arrive at 6:30, check in and wait. and HOUR later a woman comes out and says, "You're not waiting on us right, you're waiting on someone?" I said " No, my appointment was at 6:40." The other woman in the office speaks up and says " Oh, I assumed you were waiting on someone else." Mind you, her and I made eye contact several times throughout me sitting there for an hour. Then they proceed to tell me "We have no more rapid tests", cool, I get it. People run out of things all the time, but do not assume I am waiting on someone when my name was clearly on the check in list and they could both see me perfectly fine. I do look younger, but this is no excuse to blatantly ignore me and not acknowledge my existence at all. I honestly will never, ever go back here.

My husband went after much prodding from myself. The crud has spread throughout our house and he was miserable. They did a flu test which came back negative and then diagnosed him with “allergies!” Sent him home with nothing but a pamphlet on dealing with allergies. Are you kidding? Fever/Chills/Headache/Ear Ringing/Chest Conjestion/severe cough....and it’s allergies???? We will not go back!
