  This is likely the most unwelcoming Pure Barre location I’ve experienced. I’ve visited many studios across the country through ClassPass, as I travel frequently, and this one stood out for the wrong reasons. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at this location. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails—none of which were returned. It appears that the only reliable way to get a response is by texting the owner, which feels both impractical and unprofessional. Unfortunately, when I did finally receive a response, the interaction was not positive. The communication came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which made the overall experience worse. It is also worth noting that there is another Pure Barre location in the Sharpsburg/Newnan area, just a few miles away, that is new, clean, and very welcoming to newcomers, and offers a much better daily schedule without heavy reliance on waitlists. I would not recommend this location if you value basic communication and customer service. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT: That is not how I recall the events. I did not text you with questions—you reached out to me right before the class with reasons why I wouldn’t be able to attend. This was especially frustrating because it was already a lengthy process to get signed up due to a lack of response to my calls, voicemails, and emails. That morning, after we texted back and forth for over 40 minutes, I attempted to call you directly, but you did not answer. I found this behavior unprofessional. I also clearly explained that I have a medical condition that prevents me from being on the carpet. I offered reasonable alternatives, including purchasing one of your mats or providing a doctor’s note, but my request was dismissed. I find this particularly disappointing given that your online bio states that you “like to empower other women.” Overall, I found the communication to be passive-aggressive and the experience to be unprofessional

  Would highly recommend this studio. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, from the owner, to the teachers and all of the members.

  Joining Pure Barre was the BEST decision for me! At 68, I was losing flexibility and muscle tone but those days are over!

  I do not live in Peachtree City, but when I am visiting family here, I always make time to go to Pure Barre. The instructors are so friendly and make me feel welcome every time I go. During class, they make sure you are pushing yourself to your full potential, so that you get the best possible workout. With that being said, they always offer modifications if you need those. I highly recommend Pure Barre PTC!
