Latoya made sure I got the best buy for the money I spent. She also signed me up for the Lens Crafter Plus plan. This allowed me to keep some money in my pocket and pay out for my purchase overtime. This is a great program that Lens Crafters offers it's customers. I will Definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was disappointed that when we went to pick up her glasses, the gentleman did not help to fit her glasses to her face (make sure they were tight enough, if she could actually see... etc.). I asked him if he thought they were fitted ok and he said "it's up to her". She is 9 snd it's her first pair of glasses. I was left to do the job. I have worn glasses for many years and my son also wears glasses. There was never a time where at pickup the glasses were not checked for fit. Other than that, there was a decent selection of glasses (not many for kids though) and helpful employees.
