- BPBruce PowellNov 6, 20231.0They administered the dual FLU/Covid test after the Federal mandate was stopped 5 months earlier which now is not covered under an Urgent Care environment. All they needed to do was offer the tests singularly but did not. Then when I called the Little Clinic cooperate, they refused to adjust the bill one penny. This was all around a poor experience and would not recommend this company or location.

They always ask about my family and take extra time with me. They never make me feel silly or like a burden when I ask about my care plan. They are wonderful!
- JIJanet IMay 30, 20182.0I was treated for allergies. My symptoms were bad when I was there and the PA prescribed a bunch of over the counter meds which did not work. I called the next morning and the person who answers the phone told me that they will not do anything different for me until a few days had passed. She was argumentative. I ended up going to an Urgent Care and got what I needed. The PA on staff the next day did call, however, I had already been seen by another doctor. I'm not sure the new PA would have prescribed anything for me. Very disappointed.
