  The program not only works, but it is simple and easy to follow. Additionally, the staff are so supportive and friendly! It’s like having a whole team rooting for you, even during setbacks. Anyone who is truly committed to changing their body and the habits that affect it would benefit from this program. This is not for those who want to take an easy road however, as following the plans will be a drastic change from what most people are accustomed to. I lost 20lbs in two months so personally, it’s worth it to me.

  Went to get the shots to make you lose weight they try to sell you on their program food. I was not interested in that spent $300 and it was a waste of money and time! I would highly recommend the wellness spot in the Publix plaza I went there and lost 25 pounds in a month and paid way less!! I lost 2 pounds for $300 asked for my money back and no one has tried contacting me back! Do not waste your time going here! The beauty spas are providing you with the right content. Honestly it did not look like there was nothing in the syringes and they bring it out on a small tray with the medicine to make you think that’s what they have in it. If you bringing in the bottle and needle add the product in front of me so I know that you are giving me that. I saw her thumb not go down each time I came. I honestly think she was pretending. I lost three pounds by walking each day 5 miles. It definitely was not the shots I paid for. I got the most expensive one Do not go here!

  Up until my last visit I would have provided at least a 4 star rating. However, at my last visit I had an all out anxiety attack with BP 177/99, crying in the arms of a Tech and completely upset. The owner at no time expressed any sympathy or sensitivity. She never asked how I felt or expressed that she was sorry I felt the way I did. It all stemmed from me asking for a particular Tech to administer my shots. The Tech is kind and patient and causes minimal pain. I was told she couldn't give it to me because she was too busy and worked with a different group. I offered to wait between clients or come back at the end of the day. After disputing with the Owner, I said it would be my last visit. The Owner said "it sounds like a plan". Later on she said I was not a fit for her clinic. I had 2 shots left and asked for my money back and was told no. I've had to quit my plan when I was doing so well, lowering my cholesterol and A1C numbers. I've never seen such carelessness. I definitely was not a valued customer.

  Staff is wonderful, very informative, kind and caring. They have all made me feel welcome and help me along my weight loss Journey. Plus IT WORKS! I 100% recommend
