  I have been a certified fitness specialist and health coach since 2002 who struggled with my own weight since childhood. When I became a full time caregiver for my Vietnam veteran hubby my weight, cortisol and blood pressure soared. In April 2025, I was disgusted because nothing I already was trained to do and my own PCP recommendations were not working. I saw the PTC location when driving from another store nearby and decided to make an appointment. The program matched everything I knew as a professional was important and SAFE. My finances were very tight so I had to set a budget limit. I followed the program exactly; used only Medi loss products and kept my weekly weigh in and counseling sessions. The program monitors muscle mass; water weight; BMI and ketosis not just pounds on the scale. I reached my BMI and %body fat goals in 6 months AFTER reaching my scale weight in 5 months. My $3300 investment was worth it. I have maintained my goals for 4 months over the holidays; and the continued decline of my hubby’s health. I applaud the PTC staff , their professionalism and consistent supportive counseling.

  I wish I could give more stars! The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Keyanna Williams always takes the time to answer my questions, offer advice on exercises and new menus. She’s made the entire process easy. Kassidy talks me through my concerns and listens when I need to vent about a slow week. Ginger is the sweetest when I check out! I look forward to my appointments every week. I tried so many things before finding them. I know the success I’ve had is because of the wonderful ladies in this office.

  Everyone is so supportive, considerate and kind. The people who work here as well as the doctors, PA’s and nurses talk to you and guide you in the very best ways. They make suggestions and remember who you are from your very first visit. They always want to be there for you. I wish the people who work in my primary doctor’s office were as wonderful as they all are. Over the last few months I am down 17 pounds. Still on track to loose more!
