  I recently moved to Georgia from the West Coast and was really feeling homesick. Club Pilates not only is one of the best workouts I’ve ever done but it’s also something to get me up and out of bed in the mornings when I feeling low energy and homesick. Booking on the app is easy and it keeps me accountable, I even convince my husband to come to the intro class with me and he’s in construction and says that the mermaids and legs in strap help him be able to maneuver at work like he’s never been able to before. Chrissy, Katy, and Amber give the best motivational adjustments as needed and everyone is just so welcoming!! Peachtree Pilates community at Club Pilates is top-tier!!

  This Club Pilates is suspicious and sketchy, at best. And after doing my due diligence on this company and seeing that its owner (Xponential Fitness) is being investigated by the SEC and FBI and is being sued for unethical business practices that echo many customer/owner complaints online, my recent negative experience with them aligns with this and is all the reason for buyers to beware. In my quest for a home pilates studio, I booked the Intro Class to vet the place before buying a membership. A rep called me while I was at work to ask me a bunch of questions, as if I were being screened. I asked the rep several questions about the studio, including sanitation practices in light of public health concerns. Minutes after we hung up, I received a text informing me that I was removed from the Intro Class. I called and inquired about the text. First, the rep lied and said she needed to move someone from the waitlist (although there was no waitlist). Then, she finally admitted that she removed me because I didn’t answer all of her screening questions and that we didn’t “vibe” because of the questions I asked (e.g., about sanitation). Any business that is offended by customers asking intelligent questions—such as about sanitation practices—has something to hide. Any company that has to engage in unethical business practices and questionable, aggressive sales tactics obviously should not be on the market. No prospective customer should feel manipulated into patronizing a business if the business is truly ethical and has something to offer. No customer should feel like they’re just a number or a pawn in a company’s greediness. The fact that I encountered all this hassle while simply booking a 30-min Intro Class is a HUGE red flag!! I encourage everyone to do their research first, see beneath the facades, and save yourself the hassle by doing business elsewhere. There are FAR better pilates studios in the area. Fortunately for me, I quickly found another pilates studio that involved no hassle or bs and look forward to using my unlimited membership at my new studio. Club Pilates needs to keep being investigated—at minimum.

  Club Pilates is the best! I usually try to get there 5 days a week. I love the changes I can feel in my body since starting a few months ago. I've been able to cut out half of my physical therapy visits because Pilates is training me to do things the correct way. I highly recommend giving it a try no matter what physical condition you're in. Everybody could benefit from having some Pilates in their life! The staff is all very friendly and helpful as well.   This studio is great! I've been going for two months now and have loved every class I've taken. The instructors have all been super helpful with guidance on proper form, gentle corrections, and they are always ready to recommend modifications. The worst part is with the studio being so popular that booking classes can be a hassle. But I've been pretty lucky with the wait list feature so far.
