  Myra and her staff are top notch and very friendly. I highly recommend this place, my new hearing aids work fantastic .Im hearing sounds that I didn't know I was missing no more huh? What? .I clearly am back in my family's conversation. Thanx yall!

  We had a wonderful experience at Miracle-Ear in Peachtree City, working with Myra Briggs. She is knowledgeable, informative, and kind, with no pressure to make a decision. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. After researching and meeting with two other specialists, we chose to try the Miracle-Ear hearing aids. The difference has been amazing. My tinnitus decreased by about 90 percent while wearing them, and even when I am not wearing them, the ringing is diminishing. My hearing is clearer in every situation. We highly recommend Myra and the Peachtree City team.

  I'd give 10 stars if I could. My mom's insurance only covered Beltone ,so that is who we went with first. They called my mom to the back, wouldn't allow me to go with her, did a test, gave no information or knowledge, said she had severe hearing loss and gave us one option of devices.They never explained anything about the type of hearing loss she had or any of the test results. It was very rushed. The red flag should have been another previous patient was there complaining to the front desk about the terrible service and quality and how they felt like they didn't get what they paid for. But, being optimistic, I thought that everyone has their own version of things and, the reviews were not bad online. Mom was very unhappy with the quality of the sound and the fit of the hearing aids. We went back for the tech to adjust the sound quality and it was still bad. We were told that "this is just how they are. I can't do much more adjusting". Two weeks later another family member had an appointment with Miracle Ear in Peachtree City. Rachel, at the front desk was so very pleasant. She made sure we had everything we needed before going to the back to the testing room. Myra called us back and was fantastic at explaining what to expect, how hearing affects our cognitive skills and the importance of hearing health. I was allowed to be in the room during the testing and see everything that she was doing. She explained to me each thing and answered all of our questions when the testing was done. Then, she put a trial hearing aid on my family member and had me walk out and speak in a natural tone to see if he could understand me. He could, clearly! We were so impressed that we made an appointment with Myra for my mom. The following week we brought my mom to her appointment. It was enlightening and my mom was so very pleased with the testing, the explanations and the respect that she was shown. We immediately returned the Beltone hearing aids (it was within the 30 day period allowed for returns) and, though a bit more money, bought the Miracle Ear hearing aids from Myra. We have been back twice to have some fine tuning and a cleaning done and Rachel always meets us with a smile and Myra is always a joy to work with. You really do get what you pay for in this case. And the staff in the Peachtree City office has made a clients for life! I can't recommend them enough!

  I had my first visit and hearing testing yesterday, not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Myra explained everything about the anatomy of the ear, exactly what each test would measure, and how to interpret the results. She was professional and personable at the same time, making the experience pleasant and informative I will certainly return for follow up.

  Myra was fantastic. She had tremendous patience with my elderly mom and has a very warm manner in working with the patient. I highly recommend this location and Myra.
