  Great place, great people. The instructors are supportive, the classes are energizing, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. So happy I found this studio !

  Awesome studio and amazing instructors. Especially Chrissy and Cynthia! They make the classes fun and effective. Pilates is definitely my favorite workout of the week.

  Hello, I respect how strict you are about your late policy, however it needs to be clearly emphasized on your website and during the confirmation process for introductory sessions. I drove over an hour from another part of Georgia, left with plenty of time, and due to an unexpected accident was one minute late and was turned away. I chose not to reschedule, not because I’m uninterested in Pilates, but because of the inconvenience and lack of flexibility in this situation. I have since rescheduled with another location and am confident I will become a member there. Moving forward, I encourage clearer communication around policies so clients can make informed decisions. I will not be returning to this location.
